Beef tenderloin tastes good with delicious sauce and tender meat. Seafood shabu shabu tastes good and steady. Eating here can be enjoyed with ease.

It is a Japanese restaurant in Aryaduta Jakarta where I stayed. It tasted like a local high-class Japanese restaurant, but the taste wasn't bad. Well, even though it's just Japanese food, it feels uncomfortable because of its strange luxury. Probably a meal for expatriates. However, even if a traveler misses Japanese food in Jakarta, it may be worth using it by Kimitabi.

Shima is easily one of my favorite japanese restaurant which serve great teppanyaki. They have great wide range of a la cart menu and teppanyaki set. The food here are fresh and taste great. Price is a quiet expensive. Place is usually not crowded, no need to make a booking earlier, very recommended for business meeting, birthday and any special occassion.

It's delicious

The food was good but portion sizes were very small and the restaurant is severely understaffed which made overall service very slow. It took them over an hour for the teppanyaki chef to begin cooking our orders as he was busy at another station.

Good Japanese restaurant for meetings in small groups while chatting. Not recommended for hasty meetings. The sea food menu is steady. Chef demonstrates cooking process in front of customers accompanied by Japanese music. The toilet is not part of the restaurant but is managed by the hotel. Parking is quite spacious and consists of several floors.
